God has blessed me with a wonderful family!
When facing trials, try to remember:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Phil. 4:13
This morning when I was combing Mason's hair I saw a brown spot. My first reaction was "how did he get chocolate on his head?" I soon realized it wasn't chocolate but a TICK! I yelled for Kevin and we began the process of trying to get it off. We tried the liquid soap on a cotton ball trick but that didn't seem to work. We finally got the tweezers and pulled it out. Ticks scare me so I put it in a baby food jar to keep just in case Mason gets sick. Anna found the whole process amazing and asked lots of questions. Then we had to check her and make sure she didn't have any ticks. It brings a whole new meaning to the Brad Paisley song "I'd Like to Check You for Ticks"!!
Our morning visitor. (It's the small brown spot on the right, closer to the lid). I think Anna wants to keep it as a pet. She asked if she could take it to school and show her friends.
Tuesday night Anna & Mason came into the living room wearing hair bows, head bands around their necks and carrying pony tail holders. Anna had matched them perfectly. Mason's were all blue and hers were all yellow to match their clothes. I hope having an older sister doesn't warp Mason!
Will he turn out okay?

hey Our boys love to accessorize, don't they? They really don't stand a chance.
Aw, he looks lovely, Brandi! I wouldn't worry too much - my boys have done their share of playing dress up... but then again.. maybe I should be the one to worry... lol!
